We specialize in treating Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, ADD, ADHD, OCD and Substance Abuse by way of Telepsychiatry, Psychiatric Medication Management, TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation), Substance Abuse Medication Assisted Treatment, Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program, and Counseling. OPEN POSITIONS

Collaborating Psychiatrist:

We are looking for a Collaborative Psychiatrist for our outpatient practice, seeing adults 18+ and providing a range of innovative mental health and substance abuse treatments such as Medication Management, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Medicated Assisted Treatment (MAT), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and Individual Counseling.

As a Collaborative Psychiatrist here you will partner with our Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants daily to support them in their patient encounters.

  • This position does not require full-time commitment; however, the expectation is that the collaborating psychiatrist have reasonable availability to provide services and support to providers for their patients 
  • The supervising psychiatrist does not need to see patients or treat in any capacity. There will be no patient care, treatment, or prescriptions for the collaborating psychiatrist

Responsibilities:

  • Be available during work hours, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, for telephone consultations and questions for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants 
  • Review any charts, if required by the state 
  • Review and sign administrative documents for practice 
  • Maintain malpractice insurance
  • Partner with Medical Director on best practices for patient care 

Skills: 

  • Proven experience as psychiatrist
  • Supportive and works well with others in a teaching environment 
  • Compassionate, innovative, collaborative  

Requirements: 

  • Board Certification in Psychiatry (MD or DO)
  • Ohio Medical License without restrictions 

    Psychiatric Physician Assistant (PA):

    • We are a true outpatient office, hiring for full time hours, Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, no on call schedule, paid holidays, and flexible paid time off
    • We offer a compensation package that is well above the industry standard for a PA role

    As a Physician and PA-C here you will work collaboratively to ensure the highest level of therapeutic services including medication management, substance abuse (Suboxone) treatment, therapeutic counseling, and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). We are currently offering medication management and psychotherapy services through telemedicine.

    We provide ample time for new patient assessments (60 minutes) and follow-up care (30 minutes).

    Qualified Candidates:

    Graduate of an accredited University or College

    PA-C with full active license to practice in the State of Ohio

    Valid DEA and XDEA Registration Certification (or pending certification)

    One to two years of behavioral health care experience in an outpatient setting, pediatric/adolescent experience is a plus

    Flexible mindset and work style with patient centered focus

    Position Offers:

    Ability to build your practice based on interests: medication management (adult and/or child), addiction therapy (Suboxone) and/or IOP services

    Competitive Compensation package that is well above the industry standard for a PA role, including start-up salary guarantee leading to production-based compensation. Motivated candidates have an opportunity to achieve greater than market rate earning potential

    A great onboarding and training period to new hires where they will receive multiple support systems from our psychiatrists and one on one training to ensure new hire is comfortable in role and at practice

    Compensation: $125,000-$200,000

     

    Psychiatrist (MD, DO): 

    • We are a true outpatient office, hiring for full time hours, Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, no on call schedule, paid holidays, and flexible paid time off
    • As a psychiatrist here, your sole focus will be on patient care

    We have a large team of support staff who will recruit and schedule your patients, check them in and out of appointments, bill and collect payment from insurance companies, make phone calls and monitor patient portal messages on your behalf, and much more—all you need to worry about is talking to your patients!

    Job Description:

    • Conduct patient appointments virtually or in person—your choice
    • Partner with the Medical Director to bring TMS therapy to a wide range of patients
    • Collaborate with Psychiatric PAs and CNPs in a collegial environment of scholarship and teamwork
    • Work with the Clinical Director to oversee our brand-new substance use recovery center

    Requirements:

    • Board Certification in Psychiatry (MD or DO)
    • Ohio Medical License without restrictions

    Compensation: $225,000-$300,000

    Psychologist: 

    • We are a true outpatient office, hiring for full time hours, Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, no on call schedule, paid holidays, and flexible paid time off
    • As a psychologist here, you have free reign. Whether it is individual therapy, group therapy, or formal assessments, you can build your schedule and patient population however you would like

    Job Description:

    License:

    • PhD or PsyD
    • Ohio Psychologist License without restrictions

    Compensation: $95,000-$115,000

     

    Accounts Receivable Team Lead:

    The Team Lead is responsible for support and guidance to the Accounts Receivable team. This position will support the billing team regarding denied or delinquent discrepancies, while working to achieve or surpass department goals.  Team Lead reports directly to Billing Manager.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Work collaboratively with Billing Manager on all areas of the revenue cycle.
    • Assist in training new billing hires, conduct basic level audits, providing feedback to management.
    • Instructing new and current billing team in tasks and job techniques and making available verbal and written instructions.
    • Report to Manager on performance, progress, and training needs of employees.
    • Work alongside the team to fill gaps as needed and work with other departments to identify and correct billing related matters.
    • Monitoring status and progress of work and making day-to-day adjustments in alignment with the established priorities.
    • Posting patient and insurance payments and balancing daily.
    • Identifying trends and patterns by researching and troubleshooting to identify revenue cycle efficiency opportunities.  Bringing suggestions to manager with action plan ideas.
    • Patient Collections management. Organization and monitoring of outgoing collection calls by team. Reviewing accounts with outstanding patient balances, sending eligible accounts to outside collection agencies.
    • Inspires and motivates the team.
    • Distributing some workload among employees and assuring the timely accomplishment of work.
    • Maintaining current knowledge and answering questions of other employees on procedures, policies, directives, etc.
    • Performs other accounts receivable-related duties as assigned.  Works with various government and commercial insurance payers for accurate reimbursement.
    • Managing payer overpayment and takeback requests.
    • Weekly and monthly reporting to manager.
    • Knowledge and understanding of Credentialing process, preferred.

     

    Requirements:

    • Three years of Accounts Receivable and Collections Leadership and Management
    • Clear understanding of Billing & Collections Procedures
    • Solid background in MS Excel and insurance payer websites
    • Maintains a positive attitude and mindset who values patient care.
    • Team player who enjoys working collaboratively with staff.
    • Ability to multi-task and thrives in a flexible work atmosphere.
    • Self-starter who can work autonomously.
    • Strong organizational, administrative, and planning skills.
    • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.

    Compensation: $25-$27/hour
