Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program
At Emerald Psychiatry & TMS Center we believe that there is always hope.
We are here to help you feel and become the best version of yourself.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is an outpatient level of care that operates 9 hours per week. Included in the program are 3 group sessions per week and individual sessions as needed, determined by your personalized treatment plan.
Our Mental Health IOP is specialized group therapy for individuals who feel their anxiety, depression and other mental health barriers are interfering with their everyday life. In this group setting you will learn important life skills and techniques to manage your mental health and live your best life.
Our IOP operates virtually Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9am-12pm. The typical length of stay varies for each individual but is typically 6-8 weeks.
