Scott Yoho, DO

Scott Yoho, DO

Medical Director

Dr. Scott Yoho attended Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine for medical school and The Ohio State University for his psychiatry residency.  He previously served as the Program Director for the Cedars Unit at Columbus Springs Dublin Psychiatric Hospital where he focused on alcohol and substance use, depression, anxiety, mood disorders and psychotherapy.  Dr. Yoho currently provides outpatient psychiatric care, psychotherapy as well as TMS therapy.  In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, watching and playing sports, and is an avid live music fan.

Sarena Weikart, MS LPCC-S

Clinical Director

Sarena graduated with her undergrad degree in Psychology in 2009 and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2011. She began her career working in community mental health providing individual and group therapy. In 2015, she started at Springstone and worked all levels of care and last left Dublin Springs as former Outpatient Clinical Program Manager overseeing PHP and IOP programs. In her spare time she enjoys family activities with her husband and two children. They love to go hiking, watch movies, cooking new meals and seeing live music.

Psychiatric Certified Nurse Practitioner

Michelle attended Ohio University of her BSEd, Capital University for her BSN and MSN, and The Ohio State University for her second master’s degree. She is currently enrolled at Duke University in the DNP program. Prior to becoming a psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner, she had experience working as a mental health nurse in the inpatient setting and taught nursing at several local colleges. She provides medication management services and has a passion for treating anxiety, mood disorders, and psychotherapy. In her free time, she loves being active with her family and working on remodeling projects in her 100 year old home.

Sam attended Ohio University for his BSJ, Mt. Carmel College of Nursing for his BSN, and The Ohio State University for his MSN. Prior to becoming a Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Sam worked as a Critical Care/Emergency RN at the OSU Wexner Medical Center.  He provides medication management services and has a passion for treating mood, anxiety, trauma and substance use disorders along with psychotherapy. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out, reading, playing tennis and traveling.

Danielle Khan, CNP

Psychiatric Certified Nurse Practitioner

Danielle is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner that graduated from Walden University. She is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is currently licensed to practice in the state of Ohio. Danielle began her career in nursing in 2006 and furthered her career as a PMHNP. Her previous experience includes work in community health, crisis intervention, as well as inpatient psychiatric settings. Danielle is qualified to diagnose and treat a wide array of psychiatric conditions. Danielle grew up in Toledo, Ohio. She is married, with four children. She enjoys board games, painting, music, as well as visiting historical and natural sites.

Steven C. Hunt, PA-C

Psychiatric Physician Assistant

Steven attended Marshall University with his bachelor’s in biology with a minor in Chemistry and French and the University of Kentucky for his MSPAS, PA-C. He provides medication management services and has a particular interest in psychopharmacology and how differences in medications can lead to a more tailored treatment for treating mood, anxiety, trauma, substance use, as well as attention concentration-deficit disorders.  In addition to medication management, he also enjoys providing psychotherapy.  In his free time, Steven enjoys spending time with his French Bulldog Ezra, watching movies of all genres, and socializing with family and friends.

Taylor attended Wright State University with her Master’s Degree and Capital University for her Bachelor’s Degree. Prior to becoming a Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Taylor worked in inpatient psychiatry at Nationwide Children’s Hospital.  At Emerald Psychiatry, she provides medication management and psychotherapy services and has a passion for treating anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders. In her free time, Taylor enjoys baking, crocheting, and being outdoors.

Rachel McCarley, CNP

Psychiatric Certified Nurse Practitioner

Rachel graduated with a BA from Ohio Wesleyan University and a MSW and MS in Nursing from Ohio State University. Prior to starting as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, she worked as a social worker for 15 years in a variety of settings including foster care, inpatient and outpatient mental health and a crisis center. She enjoys working with patients with a wide variety of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, trauma, and mood disorders. Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and their four rescue dogs.

Molly Crocker, MSW, LISW

Therapist

Molly attended Lake Forest College for her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and The Ohio State University for her master’s degree in Social Work. She provides psychotherapy services for Intensive Outpatient Therapy groups as well as individuals with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Molly is passionate about helping those struggling with mental health conditions to create a life worth living despite challenges they may face. She has previously worked in inpatient psychiatric settings, community mental health and crisis stabilization. In her free time, Molly enjoys spending time with family and friends, baking and hiking with her dog Betty Crocker.

Kimberley Crawford, PsyD, LSW

Kimberley Crawford, PsyD, LSW

Therapist

Dr. Kimberley Crawford graduated with a M.Ed in Community Counseling from Kent State University and a PsyD in Organizational Leadership from University of the Rockies. She provides individual and group counseling services to adults with mental health and/or substance abuse issues. She has worked in various treatment settings such as: Partial Hospitalization, Inpatient, Fostercare, and Residential. Dr. Crawford works in the Mental Health field to provide good quality patient care and to make a difference in people’s lives. In her free time, she enjoys listening to live music, shopping, and spending time with family/friends.
