Greg attended the Ohio State University for both his bachelors and master’s degrees. Prior to his advanced practice nursing role, he also has experience in public health and higher education where he worked at Ohio State within the College of Public Health. He has experience working as a mental health nurse in both inpatient and outpatient settings. He provides diagnostic services and medication management inpatient on Columbus Springs Dublin Cedars Unit when not at the outpatient office, and he has an interest in treating depression, anxiety, other mood disorders, and substance-related issues. In his free time, he enjoys keeping up with the development of Columbus and exploring the city with friends, running, going to sporting events, and has always been a fan of the automotive industry.

Sam attended Ohio University for his BSJ, Mt. Carmel College of Nursing for his BSN, and The Ohio State University for his MSN. Prior to becoming a Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Sam worked as a Critical Care/Emergency RN at the OSU Wexner Medical Center. He provides medication management services and has a passion for treating mood, anxiety, trauma and substance use disorders along with psychotherapy. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out, reading, playing tennis and traveling.

Danielle Khan, CNP
Psychiatric Certified Nurse Practitioner
Danielle is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner that graduated from Walden University. She is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is currently licensed to practice in the state of Ohio. Danielle began her career in nursing in 2006 and furthered her career as a PMHNP. Her previous experience includes work in community health, crisis intervention, as well as inpatient psychiatric settings. Danielle is qualified to diagnose and treat a wide array of psychiatric conditions. Danielle grew up in Toledo, Ohio. She is married, with four children. She enjoys board games, painting, music, as well as visiting historical and natural sites.
